This is your opportunity to lead and shape compliance initiatives within an international business environment. You'll be the pillar upon which we ensure our operations are safe, sustainable, and set the benchmark for industry standards. If you're passionate about making a tangible difference and fostering an environment of safety and wellbeing, we'd love to propel your career forward with us.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and refine Health and Safety compliance programmes to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring a flawless alignment with regulations and our internal policies.Dive deep into compliance data to spot trends and recommend proactive improvements.Work alongside various teams to ensure Health and Safety is a key part of all our Supply chain processes.Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practices, underpinning a culture that prizes Health and Safety standards.Craft and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and keep regulatory authorities informed and assured of our compliance.The experience we're looking forLeadership Ability within Health and Safety & Hygiene and Security, in local team projects and in the group with a cross-functional team.Advanced Level English.Ability to communicate internally and within the group (Corporate).Ensure HSE and infrastructure security.Experience in an industrial environment.Results-oriented and enterprising.Fostering the culture of HSE at work.Ability to implement corporate standards in the field of occupational safety and infrastructures.The skills for successHSE Management, Relationship Management, Health & Safety, Security, Management of Third-party Providers, Leadership skills, Supply Management.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
