Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and fulfillment of statutory obligations,Completion & updating of HSE documentation;Coordinate and performance assessment of external HSE professionals working on behalf of PM;Engage in projects to solve complex problems and attend meetings with key customers if requested;Support Sales and PM in tender management for HSE requirements;Supervise of the implementation of ENERCON HSE processes in to all allocated projects in the region;Support training and provision of guidelines to the employees of the Branch, PM team and external HSE consultancies working on behalf of PM;Performance of audits and tracking the status of implementation of HSE standards;Investigation of accidents and severe incidents;Adaption of global ENERCON HSE rules to local standards, creation, and maintenance of a HSE management system for the Region countries and projects;To carry out Management Site Audits / Inspections in the form of regular sitevisitsBachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or similar;Health & Safety Certificate Level VI;At least 5 years' of HSE experience in construction business, preferably experience in Wind construction, including management of sites at specific level or managing multiple projectsInternational experience is an advantageFluent in English, other languages as a plusAdvanced knowledge of MS Office toolsWell-developed leaderships skillsAble to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentialityAble to work in a changing and rapid developing environmentAble to identify issues, take responsibility and implement solutionsExcellent communications skillsEffectively, trustworthy and unquestionable integrity and ethical standardsExtra day of vacation;Network of partners with discounts for employeesPossibility to grow professionally and have international careerLooking for an exciting and challenging position with excellent career prospects in a growing enterprise?
