Key Responsibilities: Manage health-related projects and programs, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery. Provide health advice and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best care possible. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve health program objectives. Monitor and assess health programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Assist in the development of health strategies and initiatives. Provide reports and updates to senior management on program performance. Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (B2 level) both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in health management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for health and wellness, with a customer-centric approach.
