You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service across various communication channels.
Responsibilities: Advise and support policyholders via phone, email, or mail, handling the settlement of their benefits.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality responses and contributing to performance metrics.
Inform and advise clients on their insurance coverage, record and manage contracts, and handle premium payments.
Process reimbursements, provide quotes, and manage contract and administrative changes.
Respond to inquiries from policyholders and healthcare professionals, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Bac +2), with or without experience in insurance.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Customer service-oriented with active listening skills and ability to handle diverse situations.
Rigorous, organized, and responsive in daily task management.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English is required.
