Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Base Salary: 1,100 gross per month (14 monthly payments)
Performance Bonus: 4% of the annual base salary
Role Overview As a Health Manager in our Lisbon office, you will act as the main point of contact for policyholders and healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. This is an onsite role, and client interviews are conducted at our Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities Provide assistance and advice to policyholders through phone, email, or mail, and manage benefit settlements.Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and efficient responses while meeting performance benchmarks.Guide clients on insurance coverage, manage contracts, and oversee premium payments.Handle reimbursements, quotes, and updates to contracts or administrative details.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address inquiries and provide timely solutions. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (Bac +2); previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Customer-focused, with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.Energetic, motivated, and results-driven.Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English.
