Title: Head of Valuation Advisory, Valuation Advisory Location: Portugal The Role As JLL's Head of Valuation Advisory for Portugal, you will be responsible for the governance and execution of all Valuation Advisory business development, client relations, and delivery/operations within the country. Specifically, you will be responsible for delivering agreed upon revenue growth, margin expansion, and talent management targets. You also will be the business line's primary liaison with in-country business line and geo leadership, responsible for coordinating a OneJLL mindset that results in cross-sales and world-class client experience. The Country Head will report directly to the Head of Valuation Advisory Services in Southern Europe Cluster, and s/he will maintain a matrixed relationship with the local Country Manager. The Responsibilities Accountable for managing all disciplines within the Valuation Advisory team – driving revenue growth and sector development, operational delivery (inspection, valuation, report delivery, quality, etc.), client relationships and service. Develops local strategy and business plan based on global growth objectives (clients, industries, M&A, technology, people). Active member on the country's management board - contributing to JLL's local market strategy and growth ambition. Provide strategic counsel and support to the business line and local Country Manager. Align revenue strategy and initiatives with the other business lines' revenue leaders and the overarching OneJLL strategy. Constructs budget in line with growth targets set by the Business Line; manage the P&L to deliver/exceed budget. Monitor and proactively act on external forces – competition, regulatory changes, investment trends & capital flows, etc. Provide visible, local leadership; actively advocating forand living the changes expected by the teams. Develop and implement a strategic revenue plan to continually achieve or exceed revenue and PGOI objectives. Establish a culture of consistent revenue growth with clear KPIs and expectations. Develop/expand relationships and accounts at local, national and international levels. Drive aggressive revenue growth in both the existing and prospective clients.
