YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Lead the strategic development and expansion of corporate client relationships
Supervise Telesales operations, encompassing both proactive outreach (Hunting) and nurturing existing clients (Farming), through effective management of a dedicated team of Telesales representatives
Ensure meticulous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member
Provide guidance, coaching, and inspiration to cultivate a structured and motivational sales approach, emphasizing telephone sales techniques
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes to strategically position SIXT for success
Proficiently utilize sales support tools such as Genesis and SFDC to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Demonstrated success in B2B telesales, with a track record of delivering results over several years
Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
A drive for results, fueled by a passion for exceeding goals
Thrives in dynamic, challenging environments, with a genuine enthusiasm for sales, while facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders
Brings humor to the team, fostering positivity and engagement
Knowledgeable about CRM systems and telephone tools; familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial
Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus
