They are committed to upgrading their talent acquisition strategy and seeking a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead this transformation. Descrição Reporting and Coordination: Oversee the recruitment and selection processes for all positions, ranging from core business functions to support areas.Coordinate with local autonomous recruitment teams at factory sites. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative recruitment methodologies tailored to different geographies and challenges.Enhance the use of Recruitment System and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms.Drive employer branding initiatives, including networking with higher education institutions. Team Management: Manage an internal team consisting of direct reports and junior team members (interns).Utilize external freelance teams and external support solutions. Program Development: Lead the creation and management of inclusive recruitment programs with partners.Manage internship programs and conduct their evaluations.Promote and support internal mobility policies to manage internal talent effectively. Operational Excellence: Conduct behavioral assessments to identify potential for progression within the company.Strive to improve SLA metrics for recruitment processes.Address and streamline bureaucratic recruitment processes, fostering a pragmatic and resilient approach. Perfil idealProven experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally within large, multinational organizations.Graduation from a top tier university is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive and dynamic approach to seeking solutions and driving initiatives.Resilient and pragmatic, capable of challenging and improving existing processes.Excellent communication skills to engage with internal clients and various departments.Experience with recruitment platforms.
