Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and tactically strong Head of Talent Acquisition (Europe) to shape the Talent Acquisition strategy across multiple European markets. Your main responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with INSCALE's objectives.
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Building trusted partnerships with international clients and delivering recruitment solutions.
Continuously developing talent pipelines with a focus on proactive headhunting.
Monitoring recruitment metrics to inform strategies and enhance process efficiency.
Driving innovation across all sourcing, selection, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals.
More than 7 years of dedicated experience in active headhunting for senior IT roles.
Strong foundational knowledge of key IT development platforms and programming languages.
Expertise in defining technical and soft skill requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Traveling
Willingness to travel for networking events and occasional international travel.
