Descrição Develop and implement a strategy for both on-premise and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency while supporting company goals.Lead the IT Support team, establish a robust service management framework, and continuously improve help desk operations for high service availability and customer satisfaction.Drive the implementation of Modern Workplace tools and devices to enhance productivity, remote work capabilities, and user experience, managing end-user computing and software provisioning.Oversee the performance and optimization of Azure services, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. Manage the migration of legacy systems to Azure and evaluate new cloud services.Lead the IT Security Operations team, ensuring robust protection of infrastructure and data. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on best practices, monitoring, and incident response.Perfil ideal 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, with at least 5+ years of experience in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.Strong experience in managing Modern Workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Teams) and end-user computing environments.Proven track record of managing IT security operations, with experience in incident response, monitoring, and compliance.Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, security, and networking.Experience with ITIL processes and a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing IT teams.Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects and cloud migrations.Vantagens Career progression.
