We're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep and we want your help to pull it off.Your challenge:Own the Supply Chain: Take charge of our entire offline operations process, including production, warehousing, and delivery to customers.Lead the Team: Guide and support a high-performing team of 50 people, including 4 direct team leads, across our European offices.Manage Relationships: Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers and partners across Europe, ensuring that the service level agreements (SLAs) are met to support our strategic and operational objectives.Drive Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement using KPIs, and track performance metrics to find and implement better ways of doing things.Implement Best Practices: Ensure that industry best practices and strategic projects within Operations are put into action successfully.Who we are looking for:University Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or a related subject, or have relevant working experience in this area.You have strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members.You know how to manage reasonably sized teams (40+ members).You have a strategic mindset and are conceptually strong.You have an independent and structured way of working, and are a process-oriented thinker.You are customer-oriented.You have very good English skills.What we offer:Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest performing people to help us pull it off.
