Reports to Sales Director.KEY RESPONSABILITIESSell-in and sell-out targets, including online channels.Overall negotiation with clients: trade agreements, brands visibility at POS, promotion plan according to company strategy.Lead sales team.Sales forecast for the accounts.Lead company projects in the market.Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.SKILLS REQUIREDExperience leading sales teams for a minimum of 3 years.Experience in the Beauty Industry (Desirable).Negotiation and communication skills.Autonomous, passionate and ambitious.Strong analytical skills & systems outputs.Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively.Passion for Beauty.Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
