Your responsibilities are: Oversee and lead all sales initiatives across 4 teams with Country Managers in the direct reporting line. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across the entire product suite. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team, including recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Analyzing market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our sales tactics. Overseeing sales budgets and providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual profit forecasts and revenue reports to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving sales success in a competitive market. Qualifications and about you At least 4 years of experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environmentProven track record in managing other managers, scaling sales team in a fast-growing organization. Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. Native in Danish and professional fluency in English. Additional language skills in French, Dutch, Portuguese, Greece or Polish are an advantage. You can work from our HQ in Aarhus.
