Unilabs is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Safety, Health, Environment, Social Governance (SHE-SG). As the Head of SHE-SG, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and social responsibility across our organization.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive SHE-SG policies, programs, and initiatives that align with local regulations and meet international best practices. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and promote a strong safety culture and sustainable practices.

Develop and manage the implementation of the SHE-SG strategy, policies, and procedures across the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards related to safety, health, environment, and social responsibility. Lead and mentor a team of SHE-SG professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE-SG requirements into business processes and operations. Identify and assess potential risks and hazards, and develop appropriate preventive measures and mitigation strategies. Develop and implement training programs to raise awareness and enhance the competencies of employees regarding SHE-SG practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to SHE-SG, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and community groups. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in SHE-SG, and provide recommendations for improvement. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SHE-SG management, preferably in a multinational organization. In-depth knowledge of international SHE-SG regulations, standards, and best practices. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SHE-SG strategies and initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to solve complex problems. Experience in driving cultural change and developing a strong safety and sustainability culture. Professional certifications in SHE-SG (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
