Unilabs is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Safety, Health, Environment, Social Governance (SHE-SG). As the Head of SHE-SG, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and social responsibility across our organization.Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive SHE-SG policies, programs, and initiatives that align with local regulations and meet international best practices. We offer a rewarding work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the implementation of the SHE-SG strategy, policies, and procedures across the organizationEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards related to safety, health, environment, and social responsibilityLead and mentor a team of SHE-SG professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE-SG requirements into business processes and operationsIdentify and assess potential risks and hazards, and develop appropriate preventive measures and mitigation strategiesDevelop and implement training programs to raise awareness and enhance the competencies of employees regarding SHE-SG practicesMonitor and report on key performance indicators related to SHE-SG, and drive continuous improvement initiativesEstablish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and community groupsStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in SHE-SG, and provide recommendations for improvementRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in SHE-SG management, preferably in a multinational organizationIn-depth knowledge of international SHE-SG regulations, standards, and best practicesProven track record of successfully developing and implementing SHE-SG strategies and initiativesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsAbility to think strategically and analytically, and to solve complex problemsExperience in driving cultural change and developing a strong safety and sustainability cultureProfessional certifications in SHE-SG (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are highly desirableFluency in English is required, additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel as needed
