Head Of Research

ROLE:
- Develop and implement the R&D strategy, ensuring optimal ROI on research initiatives.
- Build, develop and manage the innovation team.
- Lead the formulation, testing, and validation of new supplement products, ensuring rigorous scientific backing and adherence to relevant regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with universities and research institutions, driving joint research projects and co-authored publications.
- Develop and launch new supplement products, from concept to commercialization.
- Direct initiatives to secure patents to fortify Zumub's intellectual property portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams for successful product launches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PhD or Postdoc in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, research publication, and product introductions.
- Strong understanding of the supplements market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer preferences.
- Experience in patent applications and collaboration with academic institutions.
- Strong leadership with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
