Vestas Technology & Operations>Service Quality> Regional service quality MED Responsibilities • Guiding, defining and implementing strategic quality initiatives in sub-regional service organization • Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics, while providing recommendation for improvement • Ensure the quality performance is understood by sub-regional service, and support service in reaching their quality business goals • Ensure quality is through a setup on the sub-regional Service sites • Support sub-regional service Turbine Quality Audit (TQA) program to identify issues leading to turbine's downtime and hitting LPF & LDs • Support service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, LPF, Service overdue backlog • Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region • Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality • Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner • Certified ISO 1:5 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor Competencies • Communication, cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations • Expertise and understanding of service quality processes • Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions • Fluent in English and Spanish What We Offer We offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's number one wind turbine producer.
