Unilabs is seeking a driven and experienced Head of Ops Radiology for Iberia to oversee our imaging specialties Operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional patient care.

The Head Ops of Radiology will play a key role in maintaining Unilabs' reputation for excellence in diagnostic services.
Responsibilities Overall Operations responsibility for radiology business in Portugal (Top Market Value Sales and Activity) and a team of more than 1.000 professionals.Ensure to provide the best level of efficiency and cost control.Drive radiology ops in a systematic way, incl.
drive Best practices, capacity management, savings plan, innovation best practices.Working closely with commercial & retail, ensure the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services across Portugal, optimising use of resources and meeting operational targets.Develop, implement and maintain quality control activities to ensure high standards of patient care.Define and manage budgets for the Radiology department, ensuring resources are used in the most cost-effective manner.Responsible for Annual Budget (Variable, Personal Cost and Opex)Responsible for Capex Budget in RAD and flawless execution of projects.Stay informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and assess potential impact on Radiology services.Master's degree in Radiography or equivalent demonstrated experience in RadiologyProven track record of commercial experience, with experience managing a team.Strong experience in direct operations management in Radiology.Continuous improvement and Transformational Mindset to do things in a different way.Data & Financial Management: Used to work with KPIs and understanding the Financial Ops language.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills across complex matrix environmentsAbility to deliver high quality, patient-centred care.Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards of practice.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
