Head Of Radiology- Iberia

Unilabs is seeking a driven and experienced Head of Radiology to oversee our imaging specialties and lead a team in delivering exceptional patient care. As an international group of diagnostics professionals dedicated to our CARE BIG culture, this role requires an open-minded and innovative approach to our work. Unilabs is one of the largest diagnostic providers in Europe, and we are the only provider to offer laboratory, imaging, and pathology specialties within one group. The Head of Radiology will play a key role in maintaining Unilabs' reputation for excellence in diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
Overall P&L responsibility for radiology business in Portugal (~80 mEUR)
Ensure strong collaboration between functions to move towards common goal
Drive radiology growth in a systematic way, incl. drive success in Public Tenders, Commercial bids; and in negotiations with insurance providers and clinicians
Working closely with operations, ensure the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services across Portugal, optimising use of resources and meeting operational targets.
Develop, implement and maintain quality control activities to ensure high standards of patient care.
Define and manage budgets for the Radiology department, ensuring resources are used in the most cost-effective manner.
Stay informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and assess potential impact on Radiology services.
Requirements
Master's degree in Radiography or equivalent demonstrated experience in Radiology
Proven track record of commercial experience, with experience managing a team.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills across complex matrix environments
Ability to deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards of practice.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
