Then come in and join our global team as Head of Project Management for Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy business within Siemens Healthineers Project Management Function in Portugal.Your mission and responsibilities:Leads a team of dedicated Project Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.Embrace and foster Siemens Healthineers Principles.Coordinates overall planning of projects according to the Project Management (PM) standards and decides on allocation of resources.Maintains constant communication to customers to meet their needs, during proposal and implementation phase, in order to support outside contractors (suppliers, business partners as civil works and plan installation companies) or other internal stakeholders.Monitors continuously the status of all assigned projects and supports the accountable Project Managers.Manages consolidation and completion of budget plannings for all projects and ensures related reporting.Ensures that quality standards for Project Management processes are met at all times.Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment.May clarify cases as an escalation point.Oversees and manages a dedicated team of Project Manager and/or Project Management Office staff.Your qualifications and experiences:Education: academic background in technology, engineering or business management / administration is preferable.Experience: 5 or more years' experience in leading project management into the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy business.Your attributes and skills:Project management knowledge.Technical knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging and Advance Therapy business.Excellent teamwork and management skills.Open, outgoing and easy to work with a customer centric attitude.Assertive communication style.Excellent skills in accountability and customer communication.High ability to manage project and resources with high workload.Strong ability in networking and team building within Siemens Healthineers and with customers.Excellent and demonstrated skills in software applications.Good language proficiency skills in English and Portuguese.Being part of our team:Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company.
