The Role The Project Manager Office Head for the Billing Project will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a critical project aimed at replacing and migrating a number of current charging and billing systems with a new Cloud based online charging and billing platform and optimizing the existing billing process and operations within the organization. This role requires a skilled project manager with experience in billing systems and processes, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. The billing project is anticipated to last 18 months. After that you will be assigned to manage other key projects and initiatives around the group. Requirements What you will do: 1. Project Planning: - Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and align expectations. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success. 2.
