Seniority We are prioritising our search for someone equivalent to MN2 level in our Career framework. We are also open to less senior profiles (MN1, or Group Product Manager ). We benchmarked ca. £115,000-£130,000 + equity at MN2 level in our Career framework for someone based in the UK. Reporting to VP Product Your team You will lead the PMs of our 4x core product teams (see "Meet the team" below). We have 6 cross-functional product teams today (which you might know as pods, tribes, etc.). Each team iscomprised of engineers, engineering team leads and product designers. Our 3 Product Managers provide support to all of them. As our product has matured, we plan to build out our product management team in 2023 to provide dedicated 1-1 support support for each of the team. For our cluster of 4x teams building our core product, we're looking for a product leader to grow and develop a team of high-performing Product Managers.
