Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Head of PMO, for direct integration in a multinational company, with offices located in Porto.Responsabilidades Chave:Responsible for a team of 11 people, in 3 main departments: project managers, business and QA analysts, and project portfolio management assistant.Responsible for the supervision and governance of several projects, aligning with your team deliverables, resources and allocation, and act accordingly on escalation in risk management, stakeholders' communication, and providers delivery capacity.You will manage the projects' portfolio in conjunction with other Heads of the IT department, to guarantee the proper planning, resources' allocation, and capacity management.Supervise complex and major digital transformation projects (including ERP and CRM implementations) in North America, Brazil, and Angola.Competências:Degree in Computer Science, Production Engineering, Management or similar.10+ years of experience in IT or consultancy related roles.3+ years of experience in project management.3+ years of experience in team leadership (5+ FTE).Previous experience as Head PMO or as Program Director (overseeing multiple projects).Training in PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM or similar.Good communicator.Self-driven professional.Proficiency in English.Principais Benefícios:- Training and career opportunities,- Art technology, international mindset and projects,- Flexible hours and remote work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
