We are supporting our client, SheerMe, in their search for a Head of Partnerships to work in the European market in Lisbon.About the Company:SheerME is a leading super-app for wellness and beauty services in Portugal, Brazil, and Spain. The company has established itself as a trusted brand and industry leader with a strong focus on innovation, technology, customer satisfaction, and helping people live healthier and happier lives.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Manager to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with a variety of organizations, including hotel groups, industry networks, and brands with which SheerME can create multi-level partnerships. The Partnership Manager will play a key role in identifying mutual opportunities that will drive SheerME's visibility, positioning, and growth through these partnerships within our niche market.Key Responsibilities:Identify new partnerships and opportunities, conducting research to assess the partnership's potential in line with the company's objectives and strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure alignment and maximize mutual benefit.Negotiate and close new partnership agreements.Manage the implementation and execution of partnership programs and initiatives.Monitor and report on partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop new business opportunities for the company through strategic alliances.Provide strategic insights and guidance for business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership strategy and ensure successful execution.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in partnership management or a related field.Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Enthusiastic approach to technology, networking, and strategic planning.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of success in creating and maintaining partnerships that drive business growth.Portuguese as primary language, strong English, Spanish is a plus.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a rapidly growing startup.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company both domestically and internationally.A supportive team and a positive company culture.If you are a motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for building partnerships and a drive to make an impact on the digitalization of an industry, we want to hear from you!Additional Notes:The company is located in Lisbon, Portugal.The position is full-time.The salary range is not specified (open to negotiation).
