The ideal candidate has around 8+ years of experience as a Head of Operations/ Customer Experience/ Support in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech scale-ups, to spearhead our support, engagement, and retention verticals, fostering a happy and engaged user base. Your Responsibilities Leading the support, engagement and retention verticals to ensure that we have a happy and engaged user base Building, managing and empowering a cross-functional team Collaborating with product and tech to provide a seamless customer experience Lead building and optimising scalable processes to continue Rauva's hyper growth Leading project prioritisation and execution (end to end) Managing critical partner relationships and building performance tracking systems What's your ideal background? 8+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a tech scale-up Led and built cross-functional teams An ability to create, scale and manage processes through data driven decision Experience working with OKRs An interest in fintech Understanding of B2B subscription business models preferred Understanding of company accounting in Portugal is a plus but not required The hiring process for this role: 1st interview: Intro call with People 2nd interview: Hiring Manager 3rd interview: Technical Assignment Final feedback Join the Rauva mission to make entrepreneurship easily accessible to everyone.
