Head Of Operations

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Head of Operations to join our team, which is distributed between London, Lisbon, and several remote locations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company in terms of having oversight of legal, HR, accounting, and operations. Candidates familiar with crypto and experience working with traders within banks, hedge funds, or trading firms will be prioritized.
ResponsibilitiesImplement efficient processes and standards.Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.RequirementsExperience in management, strategy, or operations, with a proven track record managing operations.Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field.ContactIf you are interested in the position, please email us.
