We're looking to hire a Head of Operations to join our Custom Solutions Business Unit.
You will be accountable for overseeing 3 to 5 international projects while driving a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. You will manage customer expectations and provide relevant information about the team/project (reports, risk analyses..). You must create a partnership relationship with the client, manage the team, communicate with stakeholders, and develop opportunities.
