This role will lead two teams of talented mechanical designers and simulation engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain our cutting-edge smart locker solutions on several fronts of our Solution.We are looking for 3 Heads of Engineering and one of them can be you!What will be your responsibilitiesSet clear team and individual objectives, and provide ongoing performance feedback and development; Build and empower a teamto deliver creative, thorough, and practical solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems; Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards; Collaborate with the Head of IoT, Head of Industrialization and Project Managers to align our engineering efforts with business goals; Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team, including conducting performance and compensation reviews; Create and deploy an holistic strategy of all areas that involve mechanical design, structural simulation and thermal simulation of our hardware products; You will report directlyto our VP of Hardware Engineering
