This role requires a proactive approach, as you will engage directly with clients, ensure timely content production, and help grow our audience.
For the right person, this position could progress into a Head of Ecosystem or Chief Marketing Officer role, depending on your background and the team you build around you.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Experience in bringing successful DeFi protocols to market is essential.
This role includes ownership of B2C go-to-market strategies and support for B2B business development efforts, targeting professional trading firms, hedge funds, liquidity providers, and other key partners.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention, with a strong focus on both B2C and B2B channels.

Hands-on Execution: Execute marketing initiatives hands-on, optimizing for short-term goals and budget efficiency, while planning to build and grow a high-performing marketing team in the future.

Web3 Marketing Toolkit: Manage the full range of Web3 tools, including point campaigns, airdrops, co-promotions, events, PR, and more to engage the community and drive growth.

Community and Partnership Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community of users and influencers while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with professional trading firms, hedge funds, and liquidity providers.
5.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize results.
Requirements - DeFi Expertise: Proven track record of bringing successful DeFi protocols to market, including executing point programs, airdrops, and similar initiatives.
- B2C and B2B Experience: Demonstrated success in both B2C go-to-market strategies and B2B business development efforts.
- Knowledge: Significant understanding of the crypto market and its primitives, with reasonable familiarity with perpetual futures and other derivatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creatively chaotic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
