Who you are As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for Aptoide. You will lead a talented team of marketers across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, PR, content, performance marketing, brand development. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven execution to expand our global presence in our ecosystem. You will report directly to the COO, working closely with the leadership team to shape the company's marketing direction. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with experience in the mobile app space, with a passion for growth marketing, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment. What are you going to do? Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth considering our B2B and B2C products. Define key marketing initiatives and KPIs across digital marketing, product marketing, events and partnerships. Collaborate with company management and cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Development, Community, Influencers, Operations and HR to align marketing with broader company goals. Collaborate with external partners/agencies in order to best achieve Aptoide's marketing needs and goals. Lead and mentor a marketing team across various functions (content, performance marketing, branding, partnerships, events, etc.). Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation, while setting clear performance expectations. Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels
