This is where you can come in!What will you do?As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will lead a talented team of marketers across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, PR, content, performance marketing, and brand development.You will report directly to the COO, working closely with the leadership team to shape the company's marketing direction. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with experience in the mobile app space, with a passion for growth marketing, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth considering our B2B and B2C products.Define key marketing initiatives and KPIs across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and partnerships.Collaborate with company management and cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Development, Community, Influencers, Operations, and HR to align marketing with broader company goals.Collaborate with external partners/agencies to best achieve the company's marketing needs and goals.Lead and mentor a marketing team across various functions (content, performance marketing, branding, partnerships, events, etc.).Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation, while setting clear performance expectations.Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.Lead initiatives that build brand awareness and trust with different audiences such as users, app developers, partners, and potential employees.Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven digital marketing strategies in social media, paid ads/acquisition, and influencers.Optimize and manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring maximum ROI on spend.Lead efforts to improve user conversion, engagement, and retention on both Android and iOS platforms.Build and nurture strategic contacts with key industry players to drive product awareness and adoption.Utilize data and analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize marketing and branding performance across all channels.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other key metrics.What are we looking for?7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
