Job position Pricefox.gr, the exciting start-up, backed by the Antenna Group and Nova Founders Capital is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our company's management team. You will work hand-in-hand with the co-Founder and CEO, tackling the most important issues that a fast growing start-up faces on a daily basis. You will be owning your work end to end, expected to implement your proposals while managing more junior colleagues. You will design and execute our marketing strategy across all channels (online and offline).
Responsibilities Overall responsibility for strengthening our brand and driving growth in traffic.Daily management and recruiting of the company's marketing team.Leverage a wide array of skills (analytical, creative, operational, strategic) to build the brand and optimize current marketing efforts across channels.Teach a group of young marketing professionals and interns the ropes of modern, analytically driven digital marketing.Own and allocate the marketing budget towards channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs.Optimize our paid acquisition channels, including Google and Facebook Ads.Develop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as IG, YouTube, Snapchat, and TV.Drive and execute on SEO related activities.Build the company brand through marketing and PR efforts.Co-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmap.Cultivate a can-do mentality, lead by example, and ensure the best team is in place.Analyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spend.Identify creative opportunities for the company to grow.The Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.Strong social fit to company culture; independent and energetic with a can-do and go-get attitude."Growth hacking" and execution mindset; commitment to timelines and results.Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing approach through numerical analyses.Ability to be both detailed and hands-on while being able to zoom out for strategic decisions.Strong understanding of performance marketing and organic channels (particularly SEO).Team management experience; knowledge of how to motivate junior resources.Experience in optimizing conversion rates from insights and analyses on UI/UX.Willingness to learn and grow in the role.About Us Our start-up is helping Greeks reduce the cost associated with the purchase of their insurance products.
