Description Main Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives, including market positioning, targeting strategic clients, revenue generation, and GTM planning. Translate the business strategy into actionable tactical plans focused on execution. Lead the team in defining objectives and key results (OKRs). Monitor and report on performance metrics to track progress and success. Establish strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to attract potential clients and enhance the company's market visibility. Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates. Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Oversee team development, including career progression, feedback, and performance management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years in the field. Preferably experienced in the technology sector and B2B products. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy, including the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Strong analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills. Profile
