THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!
As the Head of Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's evolution across Europe. Your responsibilities will impact our brand footprint by the number of families we serve.
Specifically, we expect you to:
Define and execute a customer acquisition strategy aligned with our mission, value proposition, and storyline.
Guide, measure, and iterate our acquisition channels execution, namely Paid Media, Social Media, Influencers, and Organic Search.
Implement and control performance frameworks for customer acquisition and each channel to optimize resources and budget allocation.
Breakdown our quarter and monthly planning into strategy and tactical approaches to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, exploring new ideas and acquisition models to stay ahead of the curve.
Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in multiple companies.
Experience at B2C businesses.
Experience managing marketing or acquisition teams (Lead/Manager/Head).
Deep experience in Paid Media (Google and Meta), both in direct implementation and management.
Past hands-on experience in at least a second acquisition channel, for example, Organic Search, Social Media, or Influencers.
Native Google Analytics user and broad understanding of acquisition economics.
Minimum 2 years at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale-up journey.
Experience at a Subscription service or D2C.
Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps, and prioritization systems.
Track record on TikTok or Organic/Content.
