We are currently seeking a dynamic AI Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the transformation of our internal processes through Generative AI, enhancing operational efficiency across various departments. You will guide the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions tailored to optimize internal functions. Your role will involve strategic leadership, hands-on technical contribution, and proactive problem-solving to ensure success and drive the company forward.
In this role, you will be supported by a dedicated team based in Germany and Portugal, equipped to aid your success and bolster our rapid growth.
What do we expect from you? Strategic Leadership: Lead Critical's internal GenAI transition, identifying productivity enhancement opportunities and overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions.Roadmap Definition: Define the Internal AI Ops roadmap, setting strategic goals and priorities.Technical Contribution: Act as a hands-on contributor, developing AI solutions and leveraging existing tools.Risk Management: Preemptively identify and address risks, ambiguities, and future needs; find balanced solutions to unexpected blockers.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their processes and needs.What makes you a good candidate for this role? Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Business, Management or a related field.Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager of technical products, with a strong interest in Generative AI.Software Development: 5+ years of experience in software development.Communication: Impeccable oral and written communication skills for alignment-seeking and problem distillation.Critical Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, capable of making tough decisions and advocating for necessary changes.Autonomy: Self-directed with the ability to prioritize effectively even when faced with ambiguity.Curiosity and Intuition: A natural curiosity for both old and new AI techniques and their application to business problems.What can you expect from us?
