Head of Intelligent Automation

Accountable for:
Manage and lead teams working with Appian, Outsystems, RPA, Process Mining, Document Management and GenAI technologies.
Develop and implement automation strategies and roadmaps to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of automation initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of automation on business outcomes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Experienced in:
Experience in leading software teams (10+ years).
Solid project management skills to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative automation solutions.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams working with Appian, Outsystems, RPA, Process Mining, and GenAI technologies (not needed, but preferred).
Strong understanding of intelligent automation concepts and methodologies.
Certification in relevant automation technologies is preferred.
Proficiency using Agile Development Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Ability to analyze critically with good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
English language required; Spanish is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
