Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is currently looking for a Head of Growth to join their dynamic team in Lisbon . This role is essential in driving the long-term growth and success of their sales team and overall business, ensuring ambitious revenue and market share goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and market share in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to create a sales playbook for market and client expansion.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns with the Marketing and Strategy teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Use data-driven insights to inform growth strategies, track performance, and refine tactics.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting performance metrics and ensuring sales processes are optimized for growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies for both existing and potential new markets.
Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure product-market fit and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience in a Head of Growth or similar role within a SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets).
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
