Sobre o nosso cliente Multinational Company Descrição Oversee the structuring of financing of the Group. Manage a High Yield Bond - undertakings, Reporting, covenants, quarterly updates. Manage the ongoing rating of the company. Prepare presentations for lenders, lessors, and rating agencies. Monitor and optimize cash flow and financial performance of the organisation. Negotiate financial contracts, such as leases and loans. Manage loan documentation including covenants and the follow-up of undertakings. Anticipate leverage and covenants. Assist the CFO with raising financing, liaising with investors. Help with the preparation of an IPO during Q3, including Investors Relation tasks. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Master preferred. International experience is a must. International Capital Market Raising experience required. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Experience in Investors Relations would be a plus. 8+ years of experience in corporate finance including experience in banking and treasury management. Advanced knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
