Lead the development and continuous improvement of native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Oversee the development of secure, scalable, and efficient APIs.

Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain architectural consistency and scalability across platforms.
Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability for all digital platforms.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance scalability and resilience.
Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, security protocols, and data privacy requirements.
Champion the delivery of user-friendly native mobile apps leveraging platform-specific capabilities.

Requisitos Proven experience in leading engineering teams for native mobile apps (iOS and Android), web development, and API integration.
Expertise in iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and Android development (Kotlin, Java).
Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (e.G., React, Angular, Vue.Js) and backend technologies (e.G., SpringBoot, Node.Js, Java).
Deep understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Solid grasp of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play) and mobile-specific performance optimization
