Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a reference organization in its sector.DescriçãoManage and lead engineering team to achieve manufacturing excellence.Lead our Technical Team to deliver preventive maintenance and regular/emergency repairing services at plants.Plan, develop and implement engineering projects including mission, competitive landscape, road map, equipment, technology/industry advancements to achieve the business growth plan.Work with cross-functional teams on study, analysis on automation and, in return, improve efficiency and quality in production.Supervise and manage the coaching and training of Engineers and Service Technicians.Ensure that the team comply with company policies and procedures, regulations, standards and industry codes, and that audits are undertaken to check compliance.Perfil idealBSC Engineering (Chemistry, Electromechanics, Mechanics or related areas).5 to 8 years experience in engineering in food/chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing a must.Familiar with manufacturing equipment management.Strong project management skill and ensure project finish on time.Good communication skills.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful CAPEX projects.Fluent in English.VantagensIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly and all qualified candidates will be contacted.
