Your mission: boost acquisition through content and make lemlist the go-to brand for sales teams—a brand they trust, learn from, and genuinely love engaging with. In this role, you'll combine strategic vision with creative execution to shape our product narrative, launch new features and deliver expert yet fun and engaging content. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management : shape the strategy for our Content and Product Marketing roadmap while leading a team of 4. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers your team to innovate and execute effectively. Develop Compelling Product Narratives : Craft clear, persuasive messaging and product positioning that resonates with our target audience and emphasizes our unique value propositions. Owner of key website pages (Homepage, solution pages…). Orchestrate Product Launches : Lead and coordinate all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring compelling messaging & creative distribution. Drive Educational Content : Create and distribute educational content that empowers our sales audience with high-value insights, especially on YouTube. Organise must-attend sales events: Plan and execute engaging events that bring together sales professionals, creating valuable learning and networking opportunities. Foster Customer Advocacy Initiatives : Engage customers as advocates, creating content that highlights real-world impact, from case studies and testimonials to user-generated content. Collaborate with Influencers : Identify and nurture relationships with relevant influencers to amplify our reach and credibility. Engage on Social Media : Produce relatable, humorous WOW content that drives engagement and brand loyalty on social platforms, ensuring our voice is fresh, approachable, and memorable. Execute Co-Marketing Initiatives : Work with our tech partners to develop co-branded content and campaigns, amplifying shared value propositions to drive joint customer acquisition
