About Our ClientOur client is a Manufacturing and Production organization.Job DescriptionActive participation in the development, safeguarding and further development of the IT strategy.Standardization of the IT infrastructure.Professional management of the Competence Center to achieve common goals.Management, standardization and maintenance of the company-wide IT infrastructure.Development of new efficient solutions for the global IT infrastructure.Operational management of the central server and network systems including the storage architecture.Development and establishment of a support system at all levels.Work with key stakeholders to ensure effective data infrastructure, systems and applications.Responsible for the development and management of the Group IT Support Team, Helpdesk to ensure the availability of operational systems.Be responsible for the IT network, the IT infrastructure and the future cloud platforms.Work with key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Development and implementation of the strategy for the Group's IT infrastructure, which will focus on the stability of infrastructure and operations.Securing IT infrastructure and improving disaster recovery in cooperation with other IT Group Competence Centers.Active support in the implementation and further development of the IT infrastructure in the areas of "M365 / Cloud Application Security", "Cloud Security e.g. (Azure, AWS...)" and on-premises Infrastructure Security.Designing, evaluating, selecting, implementing and continuously improving solutions and services in IT operations with a focus on IT infrastructure.Performing the disciplinary and technical management of CC employees.Technical management of the Competence Center to achieve the common goals.Promoting the personal responsibility of CC employees.Escalation function towards the Head of Group IT & Digitization.Actively working on problem solutions in all processes and projects.Professional personnel selection, needs-based personnel deployment, personnel promotion and development; motivation.Promotion of corporate policy and culture and continuous improvement as well as a high level of innovation management.The Successful ApplicantCompleted subject-related university degree (e.g. IT or business administration) or comparable training.Several years of professional experience in IT listed activities.Able to carry out individual assignments on the instructions of his/her superior, which by their nature are part of the work or result from operational necessity.Strong experience in Infrastructure.Be hands on to support the plant solving IT topics.Able to change between a strategic and operation role.What's on OfferExcellent project for a easy-going, focused candidate that wishes to have a growth career opportunity.
