Unilabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Commercial Excellence, Key Account & Tender Management to join our team. As the Head of Commercial Excellence, Key Account & Tender Management, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and maximizing revenue opportunities within Unilabs' key accounts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize key account management, tender processes, and pricing across markets. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to ensure maximum revenue growth and profitability in key accounts
Develop and coach the key account management team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and foster long-term relationships with clients
Optimize tender processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing win rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and establish competitive pricing models
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance decision-making
Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to monitor key account performance, tender success rates, and pricing effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial operations, streamline processes, and achieve operational excellence
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to key account management, tender management, and pricing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles, including key account management, tender management, or pricing
Prior experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desired
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proven ability to develop and implement commercial excellence strategies
In-depth knowledge of tender management processes and procedures
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
