Unilabs, a leading global provider of diagnostic services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Change Management to join our team. As the Head of Change Management, you will play a critical role in driving and managing transformational change initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives to support our business goals and strategic objectives. Ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, you will be responsible for driving the change agenda, identifying potential risks and barriers, and implementing strategies to overcome resistance.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap Collaborate with senior leaders to define change objectives, scope, and desired outcomes Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to change, and develop mitigation strategies Design and deliver change management programs and initiatives, including communication plans and training activities Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective change implementation and adoption Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, and make adjustments as necessary Act as a change advocate and coach, helping employees navigate and embrace change Collaborate with HR and other departments to align change management efforts with talent management and organizational development initiatives Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management to drive continuous improvement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, preferably in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives Strong knowledge and understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and results-focused Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop innovative solutions Experience working in a global and multicultural environment Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Professional certifications in change management are a plus
