Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning:
Craft strategic growth plans for the Romanian market.

Foster a local team with support from the head office to establish a Romanian business and production hub.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Business Unit - Energy Sector role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred. They must have proven success in senior roles within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Solar and Wind projects, and expertise in Transmission and Distribution Projects, including substations and overhead lines. The candidate should demonstrate robust business acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
