The Head of Analytics & Business Development is a key leadership role with full responsibilities over master product development and new business development (inclusive of all new customer acquisition). This role leads the two most strategic aspects of our business: our product and our customer, and is a key enabler of delivering our promise of world-class digital & e-commerce insights.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise continuous development of Master Product
Build and continuously refine our master analytics framework, inclusive of metrics, benchmarks and definitions.
Be a thought leader across all digital and e-commerce channels on the key metrics that are relevant for decision makers, their definition and relevance to the business and benchmarks, when available.
Continuously refine master framework through external research and being attentive to new advancements in the market.
Supervise and guide the team of developers that create master BI dashboards (in Power BI), ensuring the highest degree of strategic thinking, intuitive navigation, flawless builds and delivery in time and in budget.
Lead all customer acquisition and development streams
Outreach prospective clients across various online and offline channels.
Present and guide prospects through our proposition, key points of differentiation, case studies and proposals.
Follow up with newly acquired and existing clients on the performance of our BI solutions, and ensure highest level of satisfaction possible.
Lead the delivery of client solutions
Lead the end-to-end process from briefing to delivery of all BI solutions for our clients.
Ensure highest levels of clarity and alignment with our clients on the overall process and briefing needs
Supervise the team that will translate brief into a first proposal, encompassing the analytics framework, structure and designs.
Coordinate the team throughout the entire project to ensure all deliveries are done in time, within the planned resource allocation, and with the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or any relevant field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in Digital and E-Commerce Analytics.
Strong understanding of key metrics across all digital and ecommerce channels and relevance for customers in decision making.
Strong entrepreneurship spirit. We work with large clients, but operate as a start up!
Highly analytical individual
Strong written and verbal English skills is a must (all business is conducted in English, as we work with multinational clients)
