Head of Affiliates Based in Lisbon (Relocation Package) or Remote Join International People Solutions B.V. as the Head of Affiliates. We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage our international Affiliate Team and drive business development. Responsibilities Manage and lead the international Affiliate Team. Oversee all key account activities, including business development. Manage KPI delivery. Oversee onboarding of new international affiliates. Travel to conferences worldwide as conditions permit. Act as Product Owner of the affiliate platform. Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams. Report directly to the CMO and participate in the Management team. Qualifications Fluent in English (business level). Highly analytical with a no 9-5 mindset. Creative and open-minded. Solid understanding and experience in an affiliate network. Established book of business in any vertical. Experience with CRM systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactive with an international mindset. People management experience. Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Able to make quick decisions in a fast-moving environment. Based in the EU. Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus. 25 holidays.
