Head Of Affiliates Based In Lisbon (Relocation Package) Or Remote

Job description

Manage and lead the international Affiliate Team(by example)
Manage and oversee all key account activities inc. business development
KPI management and delivery
Oversee on-boarding of new international affiliates
Travel to conferences all over the world (once things are more less back to normal)
Act as Product owner of the affiliate platform
Working closely with the Legal and Compliance teams
Report directly to the CMO and be part of Management team

Requirements

FLUENT in English (business level)
Highly analytical
No 9-5 mindset
Creative and openminded
Solid understanding and experience at an affiliate network
Book of business in any vertical
Experience with CRM systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive
International mindset
People Manager
Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills
Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic and extremely fast moving environment
Based in the EU
