prestigious industry is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Head of Accounting (m/f/d) for Paços de Ferreira. Your new role Supervise monthly, half-yearly and annual closings under Local standards and IFRS Manage the analytical control at the accounting level of the company's costs Participate in the closing of the accounts at the end of the month and follow the established provisions Establish the tax package and its annexes Prepare tax declarations Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts Act in the evolution of processes and business tools in line with the growth of the company in the compliance with group guidelines and procedures Coordination of internal and external audits Coordinate with Finance Manager monthly closing operations, ensure consistency and relevance recognized expenses as well as reporting to the Operational Departments and activities in responsibility What you'll need to succeed Degree in Accounting or related field Registered member of the Order of Certified Accountants in Portugal Professional experience of at least 5 years of experience in similar functions Advance knowledge in English Knowledge of Primavera What you'll get in return Possibility
