Responsibilities: Develop and Manage Training Programs; Provide leadership and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment; Offer coaching and mentorship to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles as Crossjoin engineers; Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess trainee progress and identify areas for improvement; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on trainee feedback and industry best practices; Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training period. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus) Extensive experience in performance engineering or a related IT field. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in performance engineering. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).
